🔍 What You’ll Do
- Build, optimize, and scale multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, and others) to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Own the end-to-end performance funnel: planning, execution, A/B testing, reporting, and optimization.
- Develop data-backed strategies to reduce CAC and increase ROAS.
- Collaborate closely with product and creative teams to produce high-impact ad content and landing pages.
- Monitor analytics dashboards and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Explore new customer acquisition opportunities and emerging ad platforms.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
- Proven success scaling paid channels with strong ROAS and measurable growth.
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset — you love numbers, dashboards, and uncovering insights.
- Experience in SaaS, DTC, or tech startup environments is a big plus.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
